Telephone only support
The simplest and most cost effective support solution is our Pay-as-you-go telephone support package. This is ideal for companies who require ad-hoc telephone support but do not wish to have a monthly contract in place. You simply purchase vouchers in multiples of ten and each voucher entitles you to a telephone call with a support engineer for up to one hour. The vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can normally be rolled over when additional vouchers are purchased.

Prices start at just £295.00 per pack of ten.

Telephone and remote support
In addition to the telephone support package outlined above, remote access support using a VPN link will enable our engineers to assists users by allowing them to access users’ PCs and fault find any problems remotely. The vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can normally be rolled over when additional vouchers are purchased. Set-up charges may apply if VPN access is not available. This service is backed up by our call out service which, if needed is, available for £175.00 per visit, subject to terms and conditions.

Prices start at just £345.00 per pack of ten.

Telephone and remote support - Monthly contract
This package is identical to the telephone and remote support package above, but it is contract based and charged for on a monthly basis. This entitles you to unlimited telephone and remote access support. Set-up charges may apply if VPN access is not available. This service is backed up by our call out service which, if needed is, available for £175.00 per visit, subject to terms and conditions.

Prices start at just £175 per month based on 5 PCs and a Server.

On-site contract
This is our most comprehensive package, giving you complete peace of mind and entitles you to unlimited telephone, remote access support and site visits. We will always try to resolve any problems by phone or by using our remote connection facilities. However, should a site visit be deemed necessary then an engineer will be booked to attend site.

Prices start at just £310 per month based on 5 PCs and a Server.
